Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY FULL TERMS OF SERVICE1. I reserve the right to cancel a commission after it's been paid and issue a refund.
2. I reserve the right to decline any commission before I begin on the order.
3. You MUST credit me if you intend on displaying my art on any social media with a link back to my twitter OR my twitter handle.
4. You are allowed TWO major revisions: one after I send the sketch, the other after I send the base color. Any additional revisions past the maximum may cost extra (depending on the complexity). Once I begin shading, no more revisions can be done after the final product is delivered.
5. All payments must be in USD through CashApp.
6. You must pay half upfront and the half upon completion.
7. You may NOT share any private information from PayPal.
8. I am allowed to stream the commission on twitch and post on other platforms unless specified otherwise.
9. My art style may vary slightly due to me recently switching from MediBang Paint to ProCreate. By commissioning me you are acknowledging this fact.
10. By commissioning me you are agreeing that you have read these terms of service.
11. Rush fees are +$30 for all types of commissions.
12. Listed prices are for PERSONAL use only. For commercial, refer to below.COMMERCIAL USE
1. You are allowed to use my art on social media without additional cost.
2. For twitch or youtube use, you will be charged an additional $5 if you intend on displaying my art on your twitch stream at any given time. PNGtubers already have this price included.
3. For redistribution (prints, keychains, apparel, any other merch, etc.) that you intend to sell, you will be charged 2x the price. Personal merch is fine.
